Dear Dr Wang,
My mother has been suffering from arthritis in both knees for a long time.
This had been getting worse, causing her knees to get misshapen and
causing her great pain. This gave her difficulty in walking, even short
distances and sleeping as the weight of the bedclothes caused her pain. To
counteract this pain she had been taking painkillers that did not agree
with her, causing stomach problems.
After a course of treatment involving acupuncture, tablets and a rubbing
ointment, she is now able to walk unaided for longer distances and does
not need to use a stick so much. Her knees are now no longer painful,
making sleep easier and generally improving her quality of life.
She had tried normal western medicine before, but to no effect and would
highly recommend the course of treatment, doctors and staff at the
Chinese Medical Centre.

My daughter, aged 18 years, developed facial paralysis. This was diagnosed by our family doctor as Bell's Palsy. He gave her little comfort, advising that this could take 9 months to a year to leave her and she might not regain full function of the left side of her face. He gave her a roll of Micropore tape to tape her eye closed, so as not to get infected, and said he would see her every two weeks.
She would not go out anywhere, stopped going to college, wouldn't speak to her friends even on the phone and became quite depressed, so I decided to look into alternative medicine. Fortunately, we found Mr. Wang, who examined her, and promised that within 2 weeks she would be 100% cured. The change in her even after that first visit was amazing.
She has always been frightened of needies and was quite frightened of acupuncture, especially in the sensitive area of her face. However, she said there was no pain. and she was delighted to see how quickly the feeling began to come back to her face. She looked forward to her acupuncture sessions and the improvement she could see very quickly after each session.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Wang. He worked miracles on my daughter. She has now completely recovered and our family doctor was amazed at the rapid and complete recovery. I can't thank Mr. Wang enough. My daughter has her life back and we have our daughter back thanks to him.

To whom it may concern,
I have an old fracture to Right Clavicle and over time, especially in the winter, I have pain and stiffness to my shoulder. This year the pain was also evident in my Right Elbow. I have an old knee injury and stiffness to both ankles. Being a nurse I was unwilling to visit my GP for conventional treatment of analgesia and anti-inflammatory medication and choose to attend the Chinese Medical Centre.
Treatment consisted ofa combination of Acupuncture and herbal tablets. Ille first consultation and acupuncture resulted in relief from pain and a marked reduction in joint stiffness, The second consultation rendered me free of all aches and pains.
Dr Wmg had explained that everyone responds differently to acupuncture, some like myself require only a couple of sessions, others may need more sessions to achieve the same results.
I approached the concept of Acupuncture with an open mind. I had no delay in being given an appointment, I found the unhurried manner of the consultant and the explanation of the process to be beneficial. The Acupuncture itself was neither painful nor frightening and very happy with the results.

Dear Dr Wang It was exactly two weeks ago today that I first came to your centre. My hands were in a terrible mess from a 6 month bout of psoriasis
In the past I have taken fish oil capsules, which helped, but this time my hands did not seem to get better. I finally visited my GP three weeks ago and was given some cream. For five days my hands were on fire and got even worse.
I am the Managing Director ofa small Design and Print Company and spend a lot of my time meeting clients. On the Friday just before Christmas at a meeting one of my clients noticed how bad my hands were and mentioned that her father also suffered terribly from psoriasis and that he had been advised by a friend to come to your centre. She said that her father described his treatment as a miracle.
When I arrived at your centre I really didn't know what to expect. The young man who greeted me was very kind and when he took all my details and a little bit of history he said that Chinese medicine was very successful in treating psoriasis and other skin complaints. You said the same thing yourself at my consultation. I left feeling confident that I could be helped. Within three days my hands had completely transformed. The third day just happened to be Christmas day so for me it was the best present ever.

Before attending the clinic in October 2002 1 was diagnosed by my GP as suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. My symptoms were severe stomach EVERY time I ate. It didnt matter if I ate healthy food or junk food the pain was the same. I was doubled over in agony. I was constantly suffering from severe diarrhoea or constipation. I cant tell you which was worse — both were pretty awful. I also had the smelliest wind problem known to man. People would leave the room boaking which I passed wind, it was embarrassing.
My GP prescribed various medicines, none of which worked. The symptoms were still there constantly. I know of other people who suffered in cycles but I seemed to be suffering the whole time. I was off my food as eating was agony but not eating did not relieve the symptoms.
As you can guess I was in a pretty bad way when I first attended the clinic.
At the start I was given acupuncture twice a week and had to take two lots of tablets three times a day. After a couple of weeks I didnt really feel better but I persevered as I was assured it would work. It was not a •quick fix of my symptoms" like westem medication but a slower process which was getting my body back in balance. After only FOUR weeks I felt so much better I thought I was a different person. Everyone commented on my appearance saying I was looking much brighter and I certainly had tons more energy. I could also eat carefully without pain.
After a few weeks my acupuncture was reduced to once a week and my medication changed.
My treatment finishes today and I cannot explain in words the difference I feel. I feel so much more energetic, my wind problem has gone completely and I can eat normally. My appearance is healthy and I am not depressed (I was very depressed when I was in constant pain). My life is now back on track.
The treatment and the medication have all been worth it. The difference in my health is like night and day yet my GP had written me off and simply prescribed drugs which were supposed to treat the symptoms but did not treat the root of the problem.

Dear Mr Wang,
I am writing to thank you for the acupunture treatment you gave me. I have been suffering from depression for a good number of years, which made life very difficult I am a very busy man, and I also like to do sporting activities, but found it very hard to feel enthusiastic in participating in any event. I would have to force myself to go along, but now my enthusiasm has come back and I feel back to my self without that overhanging pressure on my head. I have also came off the anti depressants , which done nothing but slow me down and affect my whole metabolism. Straight from my first session of acupunture, my deppression lifted right away , I couldn't believe it after all those years of suffering thinking nothing can be done, and now feeling back to my old self So thank you once more.

I would like to thank you for my acupuncture and herbal treatment over the last few months and I am more than happy to give you a statement / reference regarding my experience with this alternative away from western medicine.
I am a forty two year old professional man with a high work load and under a great deal of pressure, just like most hard working people in society today. I knew I was stressed sometimes but over the last year my health was starting to be affected, like panic attacks and heart palpitations in the mornings.
Thinking I could deal with this myself and being a person that had not been to a doctor for many years and it was only a bit of stress, until I was reading a article with all the symptoms that I was experiencing, low self esteem, mood swings and very depressed.
Stress & Depression? no not me I was happily married had a good paying job and a lovely home.
